JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for tracking weekly expenditures, including costs for entertainment, tournaments, drawings and special events
  • Accuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork and reports
  • Responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Sales and Marketing department
  • Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
  • Coordinates with the Marketing Management Team to assure high standards of guest service for any marketing promotion or event
  • Working knowledge of OASIS including but not limited to the following: Customer inquiries, Players Club & Tracking info, Customer offers & redemptions, Credit over limit history and transaction summary, and Marketing reports
  • Updates and maintains all website information
  • Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Players
  • Club membership benefits
  • Responsible for updating the self-excluded and/or excluded patrons within the Casino
  • Management Systems
  • Provides feedback to the Executive Host regarding status and concerns of VIP players
  • Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix.
  • Uploading and managing photo galleries for contest winners, and communicating relevant information to the company’s digital agency

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one to three years’ experience in Marketing or a four-year degree in a
  • related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
  • Must complete all required company training
