JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for tracking weekly expenditures, including costs for entertainment, tournaments, drawings and special events
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties, paperwork and reports
- Responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Sales and Marketing department
- Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
- Coordinates with the Marketing Management Team to assure high standards of guest service for any marketing promotion or event
- Working knowledge of OASIS including but not limited to the following: Customer inquiries, Players Club & Tracking info, Customer offers & redemptions, Credit over limit history and transaction summary, and Marketing reports
- Updates and maintains all website information
- Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Players
- Club membership benefits
- Responsible for updating the self-excluded and/or excluded patrons within the Casino
- Management Systems
- Provides feedback to the Executive Host regarding status and concerns of VIP players
- Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix.
- Uploading and managing photo galleries for contest winners, and communicating relevant information to the companyβs digital agency
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one to three yearsβ experience in Marketing or a four-year degree in a
- related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training
