You will design, structure, and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align directly with company business objectives. You’ll build frameworks, enforce brand consistency, analyze performance, and create operational excellence — while collaborating closely with our Creative Brand Manager to bring strategy and creativity together seamlessly.
Draft and execute overall marketing strategies and annual plans for the Retail Division
Define target audiences, positioning, and channel objectives
Translate company goals into measurable marketing initiatives
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, operations, product, leadership, and finance
Lead market research and competitive analysis
Identify consumer trends and customer insights
Transform data into actionable strategy
Share findings to inform creative concepts and campaigns
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns from concept through ROI reporting
Own project timelines, budgets, tracking systems, and optimization processes
Build dashboards and performance measurement frameworks
Oversee lifecycle management and strategic refinement
Develop and own brand guidelines and SOPs
Conduct QA reviews to ensure brand consistency across all outputs
Protect and elevate the company’s public-facing image
Implement systems to enforce brand standards company-wide
Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and go-to-market activities
Manage vendor coordination and distribution to retail locations
Oversee website and CMS updates, backups, and content implementation
Coordinate internal marketing operations (signage, intranet, internal communications)
Serve as the primary marketing liaison to all departments
Build processes that drive collaboration and accountability
Mentor team members (including the Creative Brand Manager)
Conduct performance reviews, delegate tasks, and track progress
Foster a culture of structured excellence and measurable success
Assist in writing compelling copy and shaping brand voice
Conduct interviews and write features for FT publication
Design, layout, and manage the Florida Fish Tales edition exclusively
Guide development of marketing materials including video, ads, and web content
A strategic thinker with operational precision
