Job Summary:
KnowFully Learning Group is seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager to lead Zuku’s digital marketing, brand storytelling, and customer lifecycle strategies. This high-impact role will shape Zuku’s go-to-market efforts for both our established test prep business and our upcoming CE launch.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing to drive audience growth, product adoption, and revenue—across students, international veterinarians, vet techs, and licensed DVMs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute Zuku’s quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned to business goals (e.g., product launches, subscription growth).
- Translate our brand vision into channel-specific tactics across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify high-impact opportunities.
Campaign Execution & Channel Ownership:
- Manage omnichannel campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, email) with agency support.
- Lead HubSpot email marketing strategy: segmentation, drip campaigns, triggered workflows, and CE-specific engagement tracks.
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization
- Oversee Zuku’s WordPress site and collaborate on updates with dev/design partners.
- Own landing page creation and testing to increase conversion and SEO performance.
- Improve user journeys and ensure high visibility for CE and test prep offerings.
Product Launch & Content Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Content teams to develop go-to-market strategies for CE and new prep modules.
- Co-create blogs, email series, and webinar promotions that connect with both student and professional audiences.
Budget, Analytics & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
- Use GA4, HubSpot, and Looker Studio to report on campaign ROI and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, edtech best practices, and veterinary education needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in EdTech, SaaS, healthcare, or professional education.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and WordPress.
- Strong command of performance marketing and campaign optimization.
- Data-savvy: confident using GA4, HubSpot, or Looker Studio to measure and improve results.
- Effective communicator across diverse personas—from vet students to licensed professionals.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience marketing to veterinary or healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with CE subscriptions or education product lifecycles.
- Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay Transparency Statement:
This position offers a starting rate of $75,000 per year with a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
