Marketing Manager

Our client in Warrendale, PA is searching for a Marketing Manager to add to their team.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote company's products and services
- Manage marketing budgets, analyze market trends, and oversee creation of marketing materials
- Oversee creative, digital, analytical, and financial aspects of marketing projects
- Lead and train team of marketing personnel - Includes web site developer, graphic designer, and visual asset coordinator
- Ownership of any content or media used by company to promote products, services, or brand
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Communicate and negotiate with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers

- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing position, 1-2 years of experience in marketing management is desired
- Design experience
- Event coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage people
