A well-established, growing commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support new business production for mid-to-large commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with producers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants long-term growth within a collaborative team.
Support commercial lines new business marketing (primary focus of the role)
Gather underwriting information and market submissions to carriers
Review quotes for coverage, accuracy, and competitiveness
Prepare professional proposals for producer review
Coordinate closely with producers throughout the quoting process
Bind coverage and transition accounts to the account management team
Provide limited support on renewals as needed
5+ years of commercial lines marketing experience
Strong background working with mid-market to larger commercial accounts
Experience with real estate–related accounts strongly preferred
Active P&C license preferred (CIC or CPCU a plus)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating by phone
Experience with AMS360 or Applied EPIC is a plus
$120,000–$135,000 base salary + bonus
Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)
