Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in creating and executing engaging content strategies while driving organic traffic through SEO optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent writing skills, and a passion for digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing content that resonates with our audience and ensuring our online presence ranks high in search engines.

INSURANCE BACKGROUND AT AND AGENCY OR COMPANY HIGHLY PREFERRED 

Hybrid schedule - Strafford, PA

Compensation: $80k-$110k

5+ years of experience required

Searching for someone who is well versed with online marketing, content creating, SEO, and speaking with associates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:

    • Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Write compelling copy for websites, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements tailored to the insurance industry.
    • Create multimedia content (such as infographics and videos) to support marketing initiatives and enhance user experience.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

    • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
    • Optimize existing content for SEO to improve visibility in search engine results.
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall site performance.
    • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by crafting relevant, informative, and engaging posts for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
    • Monitor engagement and analyze social media performance to inform future content strategies.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and developers to ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
    • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of content and SEO strategies, making recommendations for improvements.
