Marketing Manager

An immediate opening is available for a Marketing Manager at our Main office located at 111 W. Front Street in Berwick. The ideal candidate will be a positive, pro-active, problem solving, team player, willing to hold themselves accountable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in the development and implementation of sales support and marketing strategies and tactics, advertising, market research, communications, public relations, and product development; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the bank's annual operating plan; participating in strategic brainstorming sessions; coordinating work with the division, department, or unit, as well as with other divisions, departments, or units; supervising assigned personnel; complying with established operating policies and procedures; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; responding to inquiries; maintaining records and providing periodic reports.

A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in a related field of study with a minimum of 4 years related experience preferred. Must be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
