First Keystone Community Bank, an independently owned community bank with over 160 years of experience in banking and serving our local communities, is recruiting a full-time Marketing Coordinator located at our Main Office, 111 W. Front St., Berwick.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various duties to support the Bank's marketing function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the marketing function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
Position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. An associate degree with relevant experience may also be acceptable; a minimum of three years' experience in related positions normally required; proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and implementing marketing strategy; proficient PC and Desktop Publishing skills.
