Marketing Internship at CTDI: Innovate, Build, and Solve Real-World Challenges 

Our Summer Internship Program, based at our headquarters in West Chester, PA, offers a unique opportunity for aspiring marketing students to  dive into real-world projects that directly support our operations and customers. Our program strives to accomplish the following:

•  Hands-On Marketing Projects: Interns work on meaningful initiatives such as:
  • Developing high-quality presentation materials and slide decks for customer meetings, site visits, and executive briefings.
  • Creating visually compelling graphics and branded content to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Assisting in the standardization of messaging, templates, and visual identity across the organization.
  • Supporting the development and organization of a centralized content library for company-wide use.
  • Uploading, organizing, and maintaining content within a content management system (CMS)
• Mentorship by Industry Experts: Each intern is paired with a dedicated CTDI professional who provides ongoing guidance, mentorship, and career development support.
• Structured Learning Experience:
  • Defined learning objectives tailored to your Marketing discipline.
  • Exposure to industry-standard tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Opportunities to present your work and receive feedback from senior leadership.
• Professional Development: In addition to technical training, interns participate in workshops focused on communication, teamwork, and leadership—skills essential for any successful engineer. 

We are actively seeking Rising Juniors and Seniors majoring in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related fields who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to solve work on real marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
