Description

Z-Band Technologies is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our Director of Marketing in executing high-impact initiatives across website management, technical content development, and market research.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and sales. You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute directly to projects that influence how we communicate our products and reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content & Digital Presence

  • Assist with updating and maintaining website content, including product pages, landing pages, and support resources
  • Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with current product offerings
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and SEO performance

Technical & Support Documentation

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and organize technical documentation and product materials
  • Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly content for customers and internal teams
  • Help maintain a structured and accessible library of documentation

Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct research to support development of Z-Band’s ideal customer profile (ICP) across key industries
  • Analyze trends, competitors, and target markets to support outbound marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Compile insights to inform messaging, campaigns, and sales outreach

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Assist with organizing marketing assets and materials
  • Support CRM data accuracy and segmentation efforts
  • Contribute to ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take complex or technical information and present it clearly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering teams
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with website platforms or content management systems
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM or HubSpot
  • Exposure to technical writing or documentation
  • Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing principles
