Description

Purpose:

The Marketing Intern collaborates with key business stakeholders and supports variety initiatives, including event coordination, development of marketing collateral across multiple channels, and other activities that support the day-to-day execution of Marketing team. This is a part-time, temporary position either for an intern who meets the education requirement listed, or a part time position for a temporary period. The successful candidate will work 20 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Event & Field Marketing Support
    • Assist with planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, demo, and customer appreciation events
    • Help prepare event materials (signage, handouts, giveaways, registration lists)
    • Support on-site setup, breakdown, and attendee coordination 
    • Track registrations, attendance, and post-event follow-up items
  • Marketing Collateral & Content Support
    • Assist in creating and updating marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, email graphic, presentations)
    • Support content development for email, social media, and website updates
    • Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency
  • Digital & Campaign Support
    • Help schedule or prepare email and social media campaigns
    • Assist with basic website updates or content uploads
  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks
    • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, parts) to gather information or assets
    • Assist with inventory of marketing materials and giveaways
    • Support scheduling, logistics, and general marketing operations
  • Research & Learning Activities 
    • Conduct basic market, competitor, or product research
    • Shadow marketing team members to learn processes and tools
    • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and post-event reviews
  • Other Duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge

  • High school graduate or currently enrolled in associate's, or bachelor's degree program
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean 3-year driving record
