Description

Job Description for: Marketing Intern                    

Reports To: Human Resources Director

Classification:  A student or trainee who works, sometimes without pay, at a trade or occupation in order to gain work experience.

Job Summary:  Responsible for the marketing of agency needs, which includes posting on social media.

Physical Demands:  Occasionally this position requires assistance with moving boxes or other office items.

 

Job Responsibilities:       

  • Update the agency’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with new content on a regular basis.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with comments and DMs
  • Update the company website as needed, with assistance from the HR department.
  • Assist with in-person events (set up, photography, social content, etc.) within the agency.
  • Work with HR Director and HR Generalist to ensure digital marketing is consistent with the agency’s goals and mission.
  • Assist the HR department with other digital marketing projects as needed.

Working Conditions: Desk/Office Setting

Qualifications

Medical Physical: The Marketing Intern is required to get a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications: Must have no criminal record, be at least 16 years of age, and must be a U.S. citizen.
