Summary/Objective
The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator will work closely with the Director, Marketing in a marketing, design and event planning role. This role requires organizational and creative excellence and the ability to work independently.

This position operates in a professional office environment. The person in this role would routinely use standard office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and step ladders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. This job also requires the use of step ladders and hand tools necessary for trade show display assembly and take down. This position requires occasional lifting and carrying, such as boxes of apparel, promotional items, trade show equipment and supplies. This position requires regular sitting at an office desk with walking, stooping, kneeling, carrying, lifting, pushing and raising hands over head to stock supplies, set up equipment, etc as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, primarily on-site position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
This position requires 10 - 20% local / same-day travel for trade show participation and/or community events and meetings.
Individual means of transportation required.
