Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenΒ Marketing CoordinatorΒ to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive business growth. A key focus will be on building relationships with local schools, PTA/PTO organizations, and businesses to create collaborative opportunities and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, PTA/PTO organizations, and community groups to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses and coordinate joint marketing efforts.
  • Organize and participate in community events, sponsorships, and school programs to strengthen connections with the target audience.
  • Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and digital content to communicate promotions and brand messaging effectively.
  • Create marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and presentations, to support outreach efforts.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or partnership development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRM platforms, is a plus.
