Strategic Growth Leader – Six Clinics. One Unified Brand.

Total Performance Physical Therapy (TPPT) is seeking a Marketing Director to drive strategic growth across our six-clinic organization. This is a leadership-level position requiring strong face-to-face medical marketing expertise, sophisticated social media strategy oversight, and deep collaboration with Clinic Directors.

We are not looking for a passive marketer. We are looking for a growth architect who aligns field marketing, digital campaigns, community presence, and clinic-level capacity planning into one cohesive strategy.

Core Pillar #1: Direct Collaboration with Clinic Directors

This role works in close partnership with all six Clinic Directors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attending monthly on-site meetings at each clinic
  • Reviewing clinic-specific KPIs (new patients, referral sources, utilization, capacity)
  • Developing tailored marketing plans per location
  • Adjusting outreach based on staffing, specialty strengths, and growth targets
  • Coordinating campaign timing with operational realities
Each clinic has different referral patterns and community dynamics. Your job is to align strategy with those realities.

Core Pillar #2: Face-to-Face Medical Marketing (Primary Driver)

You must have proven experience in in-person medical marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Physician and specialist office visits
  • Building and maintaining referral relationships
  • Tracking referral source growth and recovery plans
  • Developing new strategic referral partnerships
  • Representing TPPT in the community and medical marketplace
This role requires confidence, professionalism, and disciplined follow-through.

Core Pillar #3: Community Events & Workshops

You will manage and execute TPPT’s community visibility strategy by:

  • Identifying and scheduling community events
  • Coordinating workshops (injury prevention, sports performance, mobility, etc.)
  • Partnering with gyms, schools, athletic programs, and local businesses
  • Managing event calendars across all six clinics
  • Ensuring post-event follow-up and conversion tracking
Events are not just marketing visibility — they are conversion opportunities. You will own that pipeline.

Core Pillar #4: Digital Strategy & Paid Social Coordination

You will oversee and coordinate:

  • Clinic-specific social media content strategy
  • Brand consistency across platforms
  • Review growth campaigns
  • Patient testimonial campaigns
  • Collaboration with our paid social media advertising team

    • Aligning ad spend with clinic capacity
    • Communicating growth priorities
    • Reviewing campaign performance metrics
    • Optimizing cost per new patient
You will not operate ads directly, but you will strategically manage and direct the team responsible for paid campaigns.

Reporting & Accountability

You will manage and report on:

  • New patients by clinic
  • Referral source trends
  • Event ROI
  • Workshop conversion rates
  • Paid ad performance metrics
  • Cost per acquisition
  • Marketing-driven revenue impact
Monthly executive reporting is required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience
  • Demonstrated success growing referral networks
  • Experience coordinating multi-location healthcare marketing
  • Experience overseeing social media strategy and paid campaign coordination
  • Strong event planning and execution skills
  • Data-driven and KPI-focused
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
Preferred:

  • Experience in physical therapy, sports medicine, or performance-based healthcare
  • Experience scaling marketing in a multi-clinic environment

Leadership Expectations

This role requires:

  • Strong executive presence
  • High accountability
  • Comfort with performance metrics
  • Ability to challenge and collaborate with Clinic Directors constructively
  • Energy and ownership
You must be equally comfortable in a physician’s office, a community workshop, a marketing strategy meeting, and a KPI review session.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance-based bonus tied to clinic growth
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Professional development support
  • High visibility leadership role within a growing organization
Total Performance Physical Therapy is a performance-driven, manually focused practice committed to helping athletes and active individuals return to their highest level. Our marketing must reflect that same level of excellence.

If you are ready to lead strategic growth across six clinics — with alignment, accountability, and measurable results — we encourage you to apply.
