Position Overview
Salzmann Hughes, P.C. is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Director to lead and elevate the firmβs marketing and business development initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a creative and analytical professional with a deep understanding of legal services marketing, brand strategy, and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a passion for enhancing brand visibility and driving growth across all practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and business development strategies aligned with firm-wide and practice group goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and communications, maintaining a strong and cohesive visual and messaging identity.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with attorneys to create and manage content such as articles, newsletters, videos, and client alerts.
- Support attorneys in client development initiatives, including proposals, RFP responses, and relationship-building strategies.
- Plan and execute firm-sponsored events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance client engagement and visibility.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to guide continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masterβs or JD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and senior leadership.
