PA Inclusive is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting the agency's mission, programs, and services through strategic marketing initiatives and fundraising events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social impact, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.

Job Duties

 

  • Create and implement annual marketing plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead social media marketing efforts to showcase the agency's comprehensive range of programs, services, advocacy efforts, client stories, board engagement, and territorial impact.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar for social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including a monthly email newsletter and targeted campaigns.
  • Segment email lists for personalized and effective communication.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, etc., ensuring a consistent and compelling visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality materials.
  • Craft and disseminate corporate communications, including announcements, press releases, organizational charts, and training materials.
  • Extend collaboration to secure radio and TV coverage for joint initiatives.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the agency's values and goals.
  • Assist with various agency projects, including but not limited to updating Guidestar/Candid, Charity Navigator, Network for Good and Givebutter Donor Database, and participating in PA & Coffee Inclusive fundraisers.
  • Spearhead the development of a strong and consistent brand for both organizations.
  • Assist in managing the WordPress website, with a focus on the merchandise section of the Coffee Inclusive site.
  • Assist in crafting and disseminating marketing content and messaging that reflects the organization’s mission, services, and community impact.
  • Assist in collaboration with staff, partners, and media outlets to secure radio and TV coverage for events, campaigns, and organizational milestones.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies designed to increase engagement that leads to action, such as program inquiries, service sign-ups, volunteer participation, donor contributions, and customer visits.
  • Track analytics for campaigns and social media performance; prepare reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
  • Assist in agency branding efforts, including at external events.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events (disability pride, coffee birthday bash, etc.).
  • Other related duties as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and collateral design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
