Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator position supports the execution of marketing, sponsorship, and corporate sales initiatives to support membership growth across all clubs in the NFP portfolio. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, helping ensure marketing programs, communications, and assets are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Marketing, Corporate Sales, and Club Operations to support both day-to-day needs and larger campaigns.
Location Based: NFP Support Office, Camp Hill, PA
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Marketing Support (30%)
Support sponsorship programs including ticketing coordination, asset tracking, and signage/collateral execution
Manage Marketing email inbox and incoming sponsor/grassroots event requests
Route sponsorship requests for approval and coordinate approved deliverables and donations as needed
Maintain organized records of sponsorship assets, commitments, and timelines
Marketing & Digital Communications (30%)
Develop, compile, and distribute monthly Marketing Minutes to Operations teams detailing upcoming promotional information aligned with various market plans
Support building Marketing offers, promotional codes, web alerts, hours of operation updates and club photos as needed
Update in-club digital assets via Rockbot system
Team & Campaign Support (30%)
Conduct monthly competitive analysis data review and reporting
Support creative production needs by working with external graphic designers or developing internally
Support creation, ordering, and distribution of in-club signage
Assist with Grand Opening and Local Event planning and execution
Corporate Sales Support (10%)
Provide administrative support for large Corporate Sales accounts
Assist with lead prospecting and list development where applicable
Qualifications
Required:
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred:
Experience supporting sponsorships, events, or community marketing
Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital signage tools, or email marketing systems
Basic graphic design experience or experience working with designers
Experience in multi-location or franchise environments
