Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team and has an opportunity to make a significant impact on an evolving practice committed to design excellence and sustainability. This position works directly with firm leaders, distills complex information, and creates compelling proposals.
Responsibilities
•    Designing print and digital material for business development initiatives
•    Analyzing request for proposal (RFP) requirements to ensure compliance, coordinating responses, developing layout, and managing production and final delivery/distribution
•    Developing content and submitting materials for local and national industry awards
•    Collaboratively developing and producing powerful brand stories in a variety of media
•    Producing web content, including video, graphics, and copy
•    Maintaining a project information database and firm boilerplate, including project descriptions, resumes, and firm overviews
•    Coordinating and attending occasional project photography shoots
•    Working in a team atmosphere to support firm leaders and business development efforts.
Technical/Professional Skills
•    Graphic design training/ability
•    Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities
•    An aptitude for working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department
•    Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Qualifications
•    Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, English, or Communications (or knowledge gained through relevant work experience)
•    Knowledge and/or curiosity about architecture, engineering, and interior design
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals of all levels of the organization in a fast-paced environment
•    Ability to multitask

Location and Travel:
This role is based in our Philadelphia, PA headquarters with (4) four days per week on-site and a flexible, hybrid work schedule to balance your day. Occasional travel, less than ten percent, to client sites (<10%) is required.
