The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance of Cresco, PA. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

About the Position:

The Marketing Coordinator manages and supports a range of activities to enable engagement with targeted end-users for Weiler.  The Marketing Coordinator will support the Weiler Marketing team in executing trade events, marketing campaigns, web optimizations, and branded placements. The Marketing Coordinator will help to carry out strategies and will build and update calendars and reporting dashboards. The coordinator will work closely and effectively with internal partners and external vendors to ensure high-quality events, campaigns, and other projects are delivered on time and within budget. We seek someone with a growth mindset who is collaborative and can work across multiple functions, a great project manager and has excellent attention to detail.

 

Essential job functions and responsibilities:

 Events Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of 20+ Industry / Customer-specific events in North America per year.
  • Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for each event along with the assigned Event Champion. The Marketing Coordinator helps to define the event requirements, messaging, and key value propositions for the development of supporting materials (including social media posts, event landings pages and pre- and post-show email campaigns) that enable lead generation aligned to deliver on show objectives and increase brand awareness.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of events, including creative development, order placements, vendor monitoring, travel planning, attendee registrations, and issue resolution while always keeping budgets and timelines under control.
  • Communicate event planning progress to attendees through timely updates and maintain a detailed event plan through Monday.com.
  • Manage the direct relationship with the asset warehousing vendor to include order placements, inventory monitoring, order approval, vendor monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver post-show results that report on show goals and objectives in a timely manner.
  • Travel to national events to ensure setup and break down goes according to plan.
  • Continuously look for ways to drive process improvement in the tradeshow process while maintaining high quality and strong return on investment.
  • Travel will be up to 20% annually. Domestic Travel

 Support Campaign Execution

  • Support Marketing in the scheduling, planning and execution of high-quality marketing campaigns to target end-user segments using direct mail, email, digital ads, social media, print, webinars and more.
  • Use software tools such as HubSpot to create and manage dynamic marketing programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Lead Gen, Creative, Sales, and other teams to build, execute and measure campaign tactics.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators for all measurable marketing campaigns.

 Branded Materials Support

  • Oversee the relationship with the promotional goods vendor(s) for Weiler branded materials shared with Distributor partners and target end-users.
  • Handle day-to-day administration for this vendor, including order placements, inventory monitoring, order approval, regular website audits, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate and select new solutions to expand our branded materials.

 General Support

  • Support Creative Services with content deployment, managing literature induction, inventory and printing as well as general support.
  • Coordinate the timely kitting and distribution of materials in support of events, trainings, new product launches, and business partner communications.
  • Reconcile monthly charges to the Marketing Credit Card
  • Procure supplies for training and new product/program launch kits

 Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (Marketing concentration preferred)
  • 1–2 years of event planning and/or trade show coordination experience required; 2–3 years preferred.
  • Cross functional sales and marketing experience

Physical Demands:

  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
  • Role requires up to 10% physical activity, including packing and preparing for shows as well as supporting vendor gifts and supplies.
