Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will provide essential support to Brand Managers and the broader marketing and sales  team across all areas of marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing.

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team, including meeting preparation, and budget tracking.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities including but not limited to overseeing sales team activation planning, scheduling and execution.
  • Support the organization and logistics for large events (e.g., internal needs, retailers, supplier coordination, setup, and post-event follow-up).
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including printed materials and digital assets.
  • Help manage timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external partners, such as agencies, designers, and printers.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, reports, and shared resources.
  • Support data collection and preparation of material for supplier audits and requests.
  • Assist in managing company and brand social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn):
    • Draft, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
    • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate.
    • Coordinate with Brand Managers to develop content calendars.
  • Assist with tracking  analytics and performance for social campaigns.
  • Monitor and organize marketing inventory, sample requests, and promotional items.
  • Contribute ideas and provide support for team brainstorming, campaign planning, and creative development.
  • Provides support for all marketing activities, as needed, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of marketing or administrative experience preferred; internships count.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work outside of regularly scheduled workweek to support activations and events
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in brand development.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
