The Marketing & Communications Specialist independently manages and coordinates all marketing activities. This role plays a key part in developing and executing marketing plans that build brand awareness and support company goals. The position focuses on creating effective materials and programs that strengthen the company’s reputation and drive growth.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Brand Management/Marketing: 

  • Lead the internal marketing committee and collaborate across teams 
  • Research industry trends to inform marketing strategies 
  • Plan and manage company presence at community events 
  • Develop and maintain consistent internal and external communications aligned with brand values 
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and multimedia channels 
  • Manage social media accounts end-to-end (content creation, posting, engagement, analytics) 
  • Maintain and update company website content 
  • Develop and manage content strategy across platforms (social media, website, brochures, etc.) 
  • Write and produce the quarterly company newsletter 
  • Coordinate and manage company podcast recordings 
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews to support reputation management 
  • Analyze marketing data to improve performance and guide strategy 
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners 
  • Support recruiting efforts with marketing materials 

Business Development:

  • Coordinate company participation in trade shows and events (booths, materials, logistics) 
  • Assist in planning and executing business development campaigns and communications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience.
