Summary/Objective 

Family-owned and operated for five generations, Stauffer Glove & Safety, a distributor leader in the safety and PPE products is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team in Red Hill, PA.

The Marketing Communications Coordinator supports the marketing department by managing incoming marketing requests and coordinating the activation of monthly marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to promote the business and enhance brand visibility. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will produce, collaborate, and execute digital content for internal communications, supporting the organization's initiatives and employee engagement programs.

Essential Functions 

  • Develop and Activate Monthly Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels by collaborating with the marketing team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
  • Develop, Streamline, and Evaluate Marketing Campaigns to analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI). Use these insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize future marketing strategies for improved results.
  • Write compelling, brand-focused copy for emails, promotions, website, social media, and other marketing platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Oversee the intake process for various internal marketing requests, coordinating plans with requestors to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Drive business growth and enhance relationships with internal, B2B and B2C customers using unique and personalized strategies for each segment.
  • Utilize the e-commerce website to generate leads and drive sales. Implement SEO best practices, A/B testing, and data analytics to optimize site content, navigation, and design. Collaborate with website stakeholders and UX designers to implement improvements.
  • Assist the sales team by creating marketing materials and strategies for specific events and customer engagement initiatives. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and branding, and support lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate and support the human resources department by developing and sharing content through internal communication channels including but not limited to: Intranet, Website, and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Produce, design, and execute recurring employee e-newsletters and internal messages, ensuring consistent and engaging internal/employee communication.
  • Play an active role in the activities committee and integrate internal communications to drive employee engagement.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Combined professional experience and education of a minimum of 2 years within at least one of the following fields of marketing, graphic design or communications.
  • Proficient skill level in all Microsoft Office programs and specifically must have a proficient skill level in MS Excel.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either the fields of marketing, graphic design or communications.
  • Previous demonstrated professional experience working within a marketing department or in a marketing or communications support role.
  • Proficient skill level in all Microsoft Office programs and specifically must have a proficient skill level in MS Excel.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk frequently; Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk. Minimal travel in required for this role. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
