We are looking for Part Time Marketing Brand Specialists to work with our sales and marketing team to plan and execute sampling events in the market on evenings and some saturdays. Candidate must be willing to work from approximately 4pm to 10 pm 1-2 days/week at different venues including restaurants, bars and concerts throughout the Harrisburg, Lebanon and Lancaster region. Schedule can be flexible to accomodate class schedules and exams.

Position Summary: The Brand Activation Manager partners with the Sales and Marketing teams to grow awareness and drive sales of select beverage brands within the Anheuser-Busch and Constellation portfolios. You will represent two of the world’s largest brewing companies while engaging with on and off premise account management within key territories to increase rate of top brands within the portfolios. Materials must meet all Vendor, Customer and Company requirements. Signage for Company property, policies and events are also to be created and/or updated are part of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for growing awareness and driving sales of select adult beverage brands within the Anheuser-Busch and Constellation portfolios.
Build and maintain relationships with on-premise & off-premise account owners and managers within key territory in collaboration with Sales & Marketing team.
Execute best in class consumer activation via sampling, sponsorships and events
Increase rate of sale for key brands within the flavored malt beverage category
Collaborate with key community groups to raise brand awareness
Provide market intelligence on local and regional activities
Deliver execution excellence via merchandising store resets and POS placement in collaboration with Sales & Marketing team.
Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for increasing volume and distribution in collaboration with Brand Managers.
Provide merchandising support and other duties as assigned.
