Who are you?
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done. At C&N, we’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing team with day-to-day execution, coordination, and follow-through across multiple projects and initiatives.
In this role, you’ll manage timelines and tracking, work heavily with spreadsheets, support communications and content distribution, and keep marketing projects moving from start to finish. You’ll also assist with creative tasks—including graphic support and content coordination—making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity.

You will be responsible for:
Project & Administrative Support: Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across marketing projects using spreadsheets and tracking tools. Maintain organized files, logs, and documentation to support smooth execution.
Marketing Materials & Coordination: Update, distribute, and manage inventories of marketing materials, signage, and collateral. Assist with mailings, ordering, and coordination of materials for branches and events.
Content & Communication Support: Assist with drafting and sending communications, coordinating content updates, and supporting copywriting, social media, and content management tasks.
Creative & Graphic Support: Support graphic design needs including preparing files for sponsorships, logos, and promotions. Assist with basic design tasks and creative coordination (graphic design experience preferred).
Event & Program Tracking: Support community programs, promotions, and events by tracking participation, maintaining reports, ordering materials, and assisting with year-end transitions.
Financial & Operational Tracking: Process and track marketing invoices, payments, inventory, and branded store orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, copywriting, or related administrative support, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:
Preferred:
Graphic design experience (Adobe or similar tools)
Experience supporting marketing or communications teams
This position may be eligible for a telecommuting work arrangement following the successful completion of training and onboarding requirements. The Marketing Assistant will be based out of either our Wellsboro or Coudersport office, with a minimum expectation of two days per week worked in the office. Training length and modality will be dependent on the selected candidate’s prior experience and learning aptitude, as well as business and team needs.
