Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to enhance our brand presence, engage with the community, and support our admissions process. This pivotal role is essential for building relationships, driving engagement, and promoting Newhaven Court's mission.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    • 1–2 years in sales or marketing (B2B or retail).
    • Track record of building long-term customer relationships.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable with public speaking.
    • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing strategies, promotional materials, and event planning.
  • Manage data entry, follow-ups, and reporting using tools like Move-N.
  • Conduct tours and coordinate resident move-ins.
  • Organize community outreach events and invitations.
  • Support marketing and sales efforts with mailings, phone blitzes, and resident record audits.
  • Collaborate with the environmental services team to ensure room readiness.
  • Monitor and maintain model rooms and resident files.
