About the Role πŸš€
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant & Customer Service professional to support both our customer experience and marketing teams. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, assist with influencer gifting, engage with fans on social media, and help produce eye-catching marketing materials. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role ideal for someone proactive, creative and excited about making an impact across customer service, marketing and operations.If you're organized, design-savvy, and love engaging with people and brands, this could be your next great opportunity!

Responsibilitites:

πŸ›Ž Customer Support & Replacement Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries across helpdesk and social media channels
  • Troubleshoot issues and handle replacement parts management
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment partners to resolve order problems and track backorders or returns
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and replacement requests
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the team to improve overall experience

πŸ‘₯ Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate with influencers and manage monthly gifting/brand ambassador efforts
  • Track influencer outreach and campaign performance
  • Moderate and engage in Facebook groups, reply to DMs, and foster a positive, active community
  • Assist with copywriting for new products and announcements

πŸ“£ Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Manage daily engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • Design marketing graphics for email, ads, promotions, and social media using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Maintain brand consistency across platforms
  • Support broader marketing initiatives with administrative tasks such as scheduling, note-taking, and project coordination

✨ What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, influencer/community management, or social media support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience moderating communities (Facebook groups especially)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Familiarity with Shopify admin is a plus
  • A team player who’s creative, resourceful, and loves building genuine relationships with customers and communities
