What You Will Do

The successful candidate will translate strategic insights into actionable marketing campaigns while maintaining the intellectual standards expected of a leading management consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling thought leadership pieces, white papers, and case studies
  • Develop presentation materials and sales enablement content
  • Create engaging social media content aligned with our brand voice
  • Build and manage sophisticated email nurture campaigns using HubSpot, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
  • Create and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B platforms
  • Design and implement content calendars across multiple channels (social media, blog, email, website)
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, and automation rules
  • Set up tracking parameters and conversion goals across marketing platforms
  • Build and maintain dashboards for campaign performance monitoring
  • Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Track and analyze marketing qualified leads (MQLs) through the sales funnel
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements

Who You Are

We seek a results-driven Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong tactical execution capabilities to drive our firm's growth initiatives. This role requires both analytical rigor and hands-on expertise in modern marketing tools and technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes for our firm and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Marketing certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in marketing technologies and methodologies
  • Experienced B2B marketer, preferably with significant exposure to professional services or consulting firms
  • Proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns
  • Excellence in B2B copywriting and content creation
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital advertising and content marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
