Marketing and CRM Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Marketing and CRM teams with data quality and optimization. This role offers hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools, making it ideal for someone interested in marketing technologies, data hygiene and digital operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing data cleanup efforts to improve segmentation, reporting, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to document and improve data cleanup processes
• Conduct research as needed to validate and enrich contact information
• Help document key processes, workflows, and platform configurations for internal reference.
• Troubleshoot and escalate basic issues within the platforms as needed
• Assist with creating and generating reports 
• Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Support list segmentation and tagging improvements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.

This position will require the successful completion of a standard background check in accordance with Restek policy. Employment with Restek will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
