CTDI is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Creative Specialist to support our Marketing & Customer Engagement team. This role is focused on designing, developing and creating impactful content using skills with graphic design and content creating applications, such as PowerPoint, Adobe, Keynote, etc. The individual will support creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and visual storytelling that support customer meetings, sales efforts, and executive communications. The ideal candidate blends visual design skills with business storytelling —someone who can take complex ideas and turn them into compelling, client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with business leaders and internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, leadership) to determine marketing needs, requirements, timelines, etc. from conception to delivery to execute customer, corporate or branch requests.
  • Developing polished, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings, executive briefings, and internal stakeholders.
  • Completing marketing projects, tasks, and timelines from start to implementation.
  • Supporting proposal development, creating proposal content and pitch presentations for business development activities and RFP responses.
  • Translating business concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
  • Support & direct photo & video shoots (internal and 3rd party) as needed.
  • Collaborate with external 3rd Party partners to produce successful results, as needed (e.g., video houses, web design firms, SWAG vendors, commercial printers, etc.).
  • Complete projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and evolve a content library of reusable slides, templates, and assets.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with company branding and messaging standards.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, creative services, or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to create client-facing presentations and materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar) preferred.
  • Experience in both PC & MAC environments preferred.
  • Understanding of, and experience in proposal management, a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, or related program.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
