What you will do:
The Marketing and Communications Specialist supports the mission of Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. (DVCH) by advancing internal communications, social media, branding, and community engagement strategies that strengthen the organization’s visibility, culture, and connection with patients and staff. This position collaborates across departments to develop engaging content, uphold brand standards, and promote key organizational initiatives, programs, and events. 

Working under the direction of the Chief of Staff the Specialist ensures consistency, clarity, and creativity in how DVCH communicates both internally and externally, contributing to a cohesive organizational identity and a positive  patient and staff experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, non-profit or mission-driven communications
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Exceptional skill in crafting compelling narratives that elevate organizational visibility and inspire community trust
• A proven ability to translate complex healthcare information into clear, relatable, and motivating content for a diverse audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Canva, and Social Media management platforms required, with additional experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Strong organizational, project management, and analytic abilities required
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• A strong understanding of brand management, visual identity systems, and equity-focused communications
