Our client is looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist that will bring their expertise in data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign optimization to drive real results for clients. What You'll Do:

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Uncover actionable insights by analyzing customer behaviors, user journeys, and conversion data.
  • Optimize campaign performance across SEM, paid social, DOOH, display, and traditional media while ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Partner with client teams, web developers, and strategists to meet analytics goals, aligning data strategies with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Dig deep into navigation paths and referral sources to identify trends, calculate ROAS, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot data spikes and reporting anomalies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Data Collection & Tracking

  • Collaborate with teams to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with marketing and client business objectives.
  • Implement, fine-tune, and optimize analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Power BI, and Matomo.
  • Validate accurate data tracking using GTM, debugging tools, and HTML tags to ensure clean, reliable data.
  • Define and refine customer segments, enabling targeted marketing that resonates.
  • Oversee and deliver analytics projects on time, ensuring adherence to scope and budget expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Technology, Computer Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing data analysis, preferably in an advertising agency.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, tracking, tagging, and reporting.
  • An innovative, problem-solving mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
