Marketing Administrator – Hospitality Group (Part-Time or Full Time)


Rate: $20/hour
Locations: Walnut Street Café, The Post, and Sunset Social (Philadelphia, PA)

Walnut Street Café, The Post, and Sunset Social are three of Philadelphia’s most dynamic hospitality venues. From elevated dining to game-day fun and rooftop views, our mission is to create memorable experiences for our guests. 

We are seeking a Marketing Administrator to support our growing marketing initiatives across all three brands.


Position Overview

The Marketing Administrator will play a hands-on role in executing day-to-day marketing tasks, supporting campaigns, and ensuring our venues maintain a strong presence online and in the community. This is a great opportunity for a marketing student or early-career professional who wants to gain real-world experience in restaurant and event marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update websites for Walnut Street Café, The Post, and Sunset Social
     
  • Create and update marketing collateral including menus, posters, and signage
     
  • Design flyers and promotional materials for upcoming events and specials
     
  • Create, schedule, and send newsletters across all brands
     
  • Manage customer inquiries and outreach through email and other channels
     
  • Build and manage Eventbrite event ads and promotions
     
  • Assist with email outreach campaigns and reporting
     
  • Support general marketing administration and brand consistency across venues

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Penn, Temple, and Drexel students encouraged to apply)  
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines  
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Wix/WordPress, or similar platforms a plus  
  • Strong writing and communication skills  
  • Interest in hospitality, food & beverage, or events marketing
