About FOREVER

At Forever®, we help families and individuals save, organize, and share their precious memories – for generations.  As the world’s first and only permanent, complete, and trusted memory-keeping platform in the Cloud, we provide a unique, end-to-end solution to digitize, back-up, share, and permanently store personal and family memories.  We’re on a mission to build a company that serves people and families for generations.

Founded in 2012, we are a growth-stage company that is scaling fast, investing in innovation, and expanding our reach. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven team that uses cutting-edge technology to serve people with deep emotional impact.

About the Role

FOREVER® is looking for a Manager of Performance & Strategic Marketing to lead the execution of growth marketing initiatives and full-funnel performance campaigns. Reporting to our Director of Marketing and working closely with our CEO, this role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives on creative problem-solving and data-based decision-making. You'll play a key role in driving user acquisition, conversion, and retention while contributing to broader go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels including Google, Meta, YouTube, and others.
  • Manage and refine acquisition funnels and customer journeys to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.
  • Analyze campaign data to derive insights, report on performance, and adjust strategies in real time.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad content and landing pages that convert.

Influencer & Partner Marketing

  • Develop and manage influencer marketing programs, from outreach and relationship building to content collaboration and campaign tracking.
  • Identify, vet, and coordinate with influencers and brand advocates who align with FOREVER’s mission and audience.
  • Monitor performance, negotiate agreements, and ensure influencer campaigns support acquisition and engagement goals.

Strategic Marketing Support

  • Support our Director of Marketing, VP of Product Management, and CEO in shaping go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Contribute to long-term growth planning by identifying customer trends, segmentation opportunities, and market insights.
  • Help bridge brand and performance efforts to ensure messaging consistency and customer resonance.
  • Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting to ensure resource efficiency.
  • Assist in meeting or exceeding revenue growth targets for the company.

Collaboration & Team Contribution

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Client Care, and Creative.
  • Manage external vendors or contractors as needed (e.g., digital agencies, freelancers).
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Stay up to date on broader strategic marketing trends involving AI, content marketing, influencer marketing, etc. to ensure the company becomes and remains a leading marketing organization.

You’ll Thrive at FOREVER® If You…

  • Care deeply about helping people preserve and share their precious memories and stories.
  • Are results-oriented, data-savvy, and proactive in solving challenges.
  • Enjoy working with people and are a positive member of a mission-oriented, dedicated team.
  • Want to grow your management and leadership skills in a high-impact role with a growing company.
  • Appreciate a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution.

What You’ll Love About Working at Forever®:

  • Mission-driven culture with meaningful impact on families around the world.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and our CEO.
  • A high-ownership, critical role in a growth-stage tech company.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, opportunities for advancement, and potential for equity participation.
  • A collaborative, values-driven team based in Pittsburgh.
