Position Description:

Infinite Electronics is seeking an experienced and innovative Manager of Brand Marketing Strategy. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.

The Manager of Brand Marketing Strategy serves a critical role in the organization by helping each of our brands achieve success in revenue, customer growth and retention, increased wallet share, market penetration, and new product revenue. This is accomplished by contributing to brand strategy, owning the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, and driving new product marketing. Using a data-driven approach, the Marketing Strategy Manager continuously improves marketing communications by offering targeted messaging based on brand voice, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, industries and regions.

Marketing Strategy Managers work closely with key functional areas within our marketing team, product line managers, inside and outside sales teams, and marketing leadership. In addition, they will collaborate across multiple brands to drive demand and growth.

Top candidates should be detail-oriented, have in-depth experience creating marketing strategies and activities, use data insights to adapt and improve marketing campaigns, provide a consistent brand voice across all activities and functions, and excel at communication, time management, project management, and creative thinking.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to post-purchase loyalty, including content, digital and email marketing, social media and influencer collaborations, sales and partner enablement, industry events and tradeshows.
  • Collaborate with the market research team to direct research and analysis of customer, brand and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Define target audiences and create data-driven campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps.
  • Together, with content and creative teams, implement campaign tactics for a particular brand, ensuring marketing materials position the brand for high visibility and awareness with customers, partners, trade associations, outside vendors and media audiences.
  • Work with analytics team to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate with operations and media teams to manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
  • Work with direct and channel sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media, and stakeholders. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to keep marketing strategies relevant and competitive.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven track record of successful product marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in consumer electronics and technological advancements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing and communications experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing and communications experience with industrial technology-based products.

Physical Job Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Constantly communicates with employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Environment: Work environment is typically an office environment during normal or extended business hours.
