What you’ll do:
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through smart, strategic marketing.
- Oversee our marketing calendar and keep campaigns running like clockwork.
- Lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels—because one is never enough!
- Be the guardian of our brand guidelines (and make them even better!).
- Analyze trends, track performance, and turn insights into action.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to make magic happen.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources like a pro.
- Lead and inspire your team!
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of marketing, strategic marketing planning, brand management, with leadership experience.
- A proven leader who loves building teams and relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach (you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!).
- Strong project management skills and a knack for juggling priorities.
- Passion for creativity, consistency, and making an impact.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience in membership-based organizations or service industries.
- Digital marketing know-how and an eye on emerging trends.
- A love for consumer insights and data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Design Software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Background in developing or planning engaging Social Media Content.
