IT Support Specialist - Digital Services - Base Salary to 65k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA
Our client, a growing digital services organization, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support internal technology systems and day-to-day business operations. This individual will work closely with leadership to ensure systems, processes, and workflows remain organized, reliable, and running efficiently.
This is an in-office role, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM), offering a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a structured and stable workflow.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day internal IT support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues
Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft 365 and internal systems
Perform routine system checks across websites, servers, and related services
Support domain management, DNS updates, and SSL certificate tracking and renewals
Monitor system alerts and escalate technical issues as needed
Execute recurring operational tasks, including maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems
Ensure time-sensitive activities (renewals, audits, system updates) are completed accurately and on schedule
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and execution of internal processes
Monitor email platforms and identify potential delivery or system issues
Support structured workflows such as data imports, scheduling, and recurring process execution
Serve as a primary internal point of contact for IT-related requests
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
Maintain and update internal documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role
Hands-on experience with user account management and access control (e.g., Microsoft 365 or similar systems)
Working knowledge of domains, DNS, SSL certificates, or website-related systems
Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues across systems, email platforms, or user environments
Experience using spreadsheets (Excel or similar) for tracking, reporting, or operational workflows
