The Internet Marketing Specialist will manage all aspects of the design, function and delivery of the company’s web sites, creative design projects and associated Internet identities to support the operational and strategic objectives of the Company.

The Internet Marketing Specialist will....

  • Design and maintain company all web properties (website, landing pages, forms, etc.) to optimize functionality and accuracy of content
  • Serve as primary creative designer for all requested online, print and social media advertising 
  • Assist the Marketing Director in using available data to identify opportunities for improved student recruitment and retention 
  • Develop web-based communications in support of CRM and other marketing initiatives
  • Create and maintain a web-based knowledge base and creative content archives
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Develop and post digital content to social media channels
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization tactics and performance
  • Assist the Marketing Director with managing Bright Edge our SEO vendor
  • Assist the Marketing team on managing PPC vendor
  • Familiar with GA4
  • Create and manage email campaigns- via Benchmark or Mail Chimp

Position Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in web design, web traffic management, Google analytics, creative design and marketing / product support experience.
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail 
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship development (internal & external)
  • Proficient in Internet traffic reporting & analysis skills
  • Must have high organizational skills, resourcefulness and innovation
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard web publishing, creative design and database software packages
