Position Objective 

The Integrated Marketing Specialist shapes how ATOMIC shows up across every channel. This role brings our brand and products to life through creative storytelling, cohesive content, and thoughtful execution that drives connection at every touch point.

You will run campaigns that define how audiences experience ATOMIC – across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Sr. Brand + Product Marketer, you will execute campaigns from concept through optimization.

    4. The dynamic nature of the live events industry requires flexibility to work overtime, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, as dictated by project schedules and client needs.
  2. Create and publish content across ATOMIC’s digital, print, and experiential channels, maintaining a consistent and connected brand experience across every platform.
  3. Capture and edit photography and short-form video content that highlights ATOMIC’s brand, products, and client stories from concept through real-world execution.
  4. Execute campaign deliverables from the Sr. Brand + Product Marketer, translating strategy + briefs into engaging, brand-aligned creative for each channel.
  5. Build and manage content calendars that align with launches, campaigns, and partner activations, creating clear visibility into timelines and priorities.
  6. Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement in HubSpot, Hootsuite (or similar), and WordPress, keeping content accurate, optimized, and aligned with campaign goals.
  7. Partner with internal and external collaborators to coordinate, QA, and deliver creative assets that reflect ATOMIC’s standards and voice.
  8. Maintain ATOMIC’s swag inventory, oversee restocks, and fulfill requests for internal, client, and partner initiatives that support brand experience.
  9. Support trade show and event marketing through content capture, collateral preparation, and coordination of on-site materials.
  10. Prepare and proof printed materials such as flyers, signage, and one-sheets, maintaining high quality and visual consistency.
  11. Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance, using data and audience insights to refine strategies, test new approaches, and improve overall channel results.
  12. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, account management, business development, and regional teams to maintain alignment and storytelling consistency.
  13. Apply ATOMIC’s brand voice and visual identity across all content, upholding creative integrity and brand clarity in every project.
  14. Maintain organized media archives of photos, videos, and marketing assets, tagging and cataloging content for easy access and future use across teams and campaigns.


Organizational Relationships

The Integrated Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication and storytelling skills.
  • Accustomed to working in tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Wrike.
  • Creative skills in photography, video, and content creation.
  • Competent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across channels.
  • Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, and multi-channel.
  • Organized with attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset who uses performance data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment.

Credentials and Experience

  • Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or integrated marketing, ideally within a creative, experiential, or design-focused organization.
  • Maintain current passport and if applicable current driver’s license / clean driving record.

 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform typical office tasks using a computer and phone in a typical office environment.
  • This role occasionally requires physical activity during photo or video shoots, including building or moving modular scenic components, working in production environments, and positioning lighting or camera equipment.

Work Environment

  • Typical office environment for the majority of the time.
  • Some travel, with work at times outdoors or in event venues (conference centers, theatres, hotels, corporate offices).
