Job Title: Integrated Marketing Director

Position Overview
Health Union is seeking an Integrated Marketing Director to join our growing team. Working in tandem with the VP, Integrated Marketing, this role will directly impact company success through the creation of strategic advertising proposals, compelling sales collateral, and meaningful B2B messaging that communicates the value of our company, products, and programs.
The Integrated Marketing Director will work closely with colleagues in sales, product, account support, community, creative and operations on product commercialization, Go-To-Market strategy, and RFP responses for our pharma digital advertising partners. With a goal of elevating our sales materials, proposals, and B2B messaging to showcase how our solutions drive improved outcomes for both patients and brand partners, the Director will be accountable for empowering sales excellence by creating and maintaining collateral such as presentations, strategy pitch decks, content strategies, sell sheets, case studies, sizzle videos and more. Additionally, the Director will contribute to Health Union’s corporate B2B strategy including social, email, thought leadership, paid promotion, website, events, and more - keeping our brand, performance, thought-leadership, and products top of mind among current and potential clients.

Annual base salary for positions at this level and job group is $94,000 to $132,000, and your base pay will depend on the qualifications, experience, skills and competencies required for this job.
At Health Union, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range which provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
