The Integrated Digital Specialist (IDS) serves as the digital marketing services sales lead, providing high-level support to Sales Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Executives (AEs). This role is responsible for driving digital revenue growth, supporting campaign execution, and delivering strategic insights that enhance client performance and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAMs and AEs with a focus on account growth and retention
  • Assist with AE prospecting and SDR outreach
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns; provide creative support (banners, video resizing)
  • Deliver monthly reporting, insights, & optimizations to drive revenue
  • Partner with SAMs/AEs on KPI evaluation and strategy
  • Train AEs and Coordinators; present digital best practices
  • Educate clients on performance metrics in all key meetings

Requirements & Skills:

  • BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred
  • 3+ years of digital marketing or media sales preferred
  • Significant knowledge of the local digital marketing services product offering and effective use for clients
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment
  • Effective communication and client presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with high-level decision makers
  • Ability to execute in an organization through collaboration and a consultative process
  • Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Meaningful contribution in sales meetings on digital marketingΒ topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends)
  • Be an effective partner with the market's sales team in generating digital revenue
