This digitally driven company generates 100% of its revenue through paid social campaigns and is looking for a true social media expert to own, scale, and elevate that engine.
As the Head of Social Media Marketing, you’ll lead a high-velocity, performance-driven advertising ecosystem. You’ll oversee strategy, campaign execution, optimization, analytics, and budget management, ensuring a nonstop flow of inbound leads. You’ll directly manage a Marketing/Lead Coordinator and collaborate closely with Sales Support to keep the pipeline running at full speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid social marketing engine that drives all inbound revenue.
- Run high-volume campaigns with $500K+ in total ad spend and fast daily pacing.
- Build and optimize creative cycles, targeting, segmentation, and funnel performance.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing across creative, messaging, and landing experiences.
- Lead analytics, reporting, attribution, and forecasting.
- Manage budget oversight, pacing, and ROI targets.
- Guide a Marketing/Lead Coordinator and align with Sales Support teams.
What You Bring
- Deep expertise in social media performance marketing, ideally for hands-on service industries.
- Hands-on experience managing high-value ad campaigns of no less than $500K monthly.
- Advanced skills in testing, data analysis, optimization, and performance strategy.
