Growth Marketing Lead
At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
A leading digital growth consultancy is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition for some of today’s most ambitious brands. In this role, you’ll partner directly with founders and senior marketers, owning strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that partners with ambitious brands to deliver impactful, measurable marketing strategies. Why This Role is Exciting: Work directly with innovative, fast-growing brands on high-visibility campaigns. Own strategy and execution with the freedom to experiment and scale bold ideas. Join a high-performance team where expertise, creativity, and results are valued above all.
What You'll Do
- Analyze client advertising accounts at both macro and micro levels — assessing goal attainment, campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, and creatives to identify what’s working and what needs improvement.
- Write weekly, detailed 3–10 paragraph performance updates per client, including account overviews, experiment results, proposed next steps, and key questions.
- Interface with founders and marketing leaders on Zoom and Slack, quickly understanding their priorities and proposing thoughtful, compelling solutions.
- Propose high-impact, out-of-the-box experiments to improve performance — from keyword and bid strategy changes to new ads, landing pages, and funnel optimizations.
- Execute experiments end-to-end: researching keywords, adjusting bid targets, collaborating with the creative, and ensuring changes are fully implemented.
What You Need
- 7 years of experience with high-scale Google Ads and Meta accounts (>$100k/mo in total spend).
- Top 1% work rigor, energy, and judgement when it comes to paid marketing.
- Excellent English. Especially live on calls, but also written.
- Excellent understanding of Google Ads and Meta, the different types of ad units, targeting options, and various campaign settings and levers.
- Advanced quantitative skills, including the ability to run A/B tests using statistical best practices.
- Excellent ability to be scrappy and propose experiments that will move the needle across a variety of situations.
