Responsibilities and Duties:

The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for organizing and planning internal and external customer and partner events from start to finish. This role also involves driving event attendance and securing funding to support marketing initiatives.

  • Assist the VP of Marketing with event planning and delivery for the Southeast region.
  • Coordinates the creation and production of new and existing customer and company events, including choosing locations, coordinating logistics, and ordering materials.
  • Travels and participates in company and third-party events.
  • Communicate the value of AccessIT Group and partners to potential customers.
  • Manage event budgets and handle pre/post-event communication, reporting, and analysis (e.g., follow-ups, lead lists).
  • Assist the sales team in facilitating lead gathering, driving event attendance and lead reporting.
  • Provide reporting to sales directors for follow-up sales activity.
  • Work with the accounting team to invoice partners post-events.
  • Creation and Management of Event Campaigns using a marketing automation platform (i.e. Hubspot/Pardot/Salesforce). This includes building landing pages, forms, invitations, and reports.
  • Tracks and manages RSVPs through the company’s marketing automation system and sends calendar invitations.
  • Orders, tracks, organizes and maintains an inventory of marketing/promotional materials.
  • Coordinates exhibits, promotions, packaging, and shipping for third-party events (i.e. industry trade shows or partner conferences). 
  • Works with partners on co-op and MDF funding. 
  • Manages co-op/MDF portals (i.e. entering and claiming projects).

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, preferably Salesforce/Hubspot.
