What The Position is About:
- Build the face to face marketing department for this company’s new location
- Recruit, hire, train and manage marketing staff
- Assign territories to the marketing team, and ensure that all events within the territory are effectively covered
- Monitor metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the marketing team to ensure that goals are being met
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and strategies, and identify new opportunities for lead generation
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience managing a canvassing, events, or in-store promotion team is required
- Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and staffing stores & events
- Home improvement industry experience is preferred
