The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including sales conferences, client events, and internal company events. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute sales conferences, client events, and internal events from concept to completion including budgets and logistics.
• Handle all aspects of booking venues, ensure there is coverage for event setup, manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate a smooth experience for attendees.
• Facilitate approvals and buy-in for event attendance.
• Complete registration process and payment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and sales team, community points of contact and internal engagement team members.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create event materials, promotions, digital campaigns, and communications.
• Fulfill promotional item and event collateral shipping.
• Liaise with vendors for additional marketing opportunities and execute as needed.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event experiences.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, Marketing preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain and develop multiple projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create partnerships with all departments throughout the organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Smartsheet
