Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, database management, and automation. This role is critical in engaging leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving conversions through well-crafted email strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize drip campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
- Create and manage email newsletters to engage customers and prospects with valuable content.
- Segment and personalize email campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
Database & List Management
- Maintain a clean and updated email database by removing invalid or inactive contacts.
- Implement best practices to improve email deliverability and minimize bounce rates.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
Marketing Automation & Performance Tracking
- Set up and manage email automation workflows to improve customer engagement.
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to maximize effectiveness.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with business objectives.
- Develop strategies to re-engage inactive subscribers and improve retention.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and new tools
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and implement content calendars across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Write engaging copy and design visuals in collaboration with graphic designers.
- Respond to messages, comments, and engage with the community.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing, automation, database management and social media.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (a plus but not required).
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or B2C email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation software.
- Background in content marketing or digital marketing strategies.
