Our client is seeking an e-commerce Marketing Specialist. The position supports DTC, B2B, and online retail channels under the direction of the Sr. Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Setup and launch new products on the company websites and e-commerce platform
  • Ensure the accuracy of product information and content
  • Determine asset requirements, locate, and deploy
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to align on digital product launch dates
  • Daily review of web storefront including pricing, content, and inventory
  • Analyze website visitor behavior and e-commerce metrics
  • Summarize and communicate customer reviews and feedback to management
  • Experiment with new merchandising techniques on websites
  • Ideate and evaluate website AB Tests
  • Comparison shop competitor sites for customer experience and offers
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of e-commerce and digital merchandising experience
  • Ability to translate creative and content needs into a project management tool/process
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Preference experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yotpo
  • Experience maintaining website content including HTML and CSS
