Our client is seeking an e-commerce Marketing Specialist. The position supports DTC, B2B, and online retail channels under the direction of the Sr. Manager.

Responsibilities:
Setup and launch new products on the company websites and e-commerce platform
Ensure the accuracy of product information and content
Determine asset requirements, locate, and deploy
Collaborate with the Product Team to align on digital product launch dates
Daily review of web storefront including pricing, content, and inventory
Analyze website visitor behavior and e-commerce metrics
Summarize and communicate customer reviews and feedback to management
Experiment with new merchandising techniques on websites
Ideate and evaluate website AB Tests
Comparison shop competitor sites for customer experience and offers
Requirements:
1+ years of e-commerce and digital merchandising experience
Ability to translate creative and content needs into a project management tool/process
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
Preference experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yotpo
Experience maintaining website content including HTML and CSS
