CuGen Direct is a new and vibrant customer acquisition company built specifically for the home-services industry.

We help home-service businesses grow by creating new customer opportunities through direct, face-to-face conversations in the communities they serve.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Marketing to work directly with our CEO and become the primary driver of the production side of CuGen Direct.

This is not a traditional desk-based or digital marketing position.

You’ll be in the field. You’ll knock doors. You’ll recruit and train people. You’ll attend networking events. You’ll develop relationships with local business owners. And you’ll help build the team responsible for delivering results for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help build a company — not simply step into an already-built corporate role.

What You’ll Own

1. Leadership, Hiring & Training

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train Field Marketing Representatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the field team to achieve individual and company production goals.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and growth.

2. Networking & New Client Generation

• Represent CuGen at networking, industry, and community events.
• Build relationships with home-service owners, referral partners, and prospective clients.
• Generate qualified new-client opportunities and contribute directly to company growth.

3. Field Production

• Personally generate qualified homeowner appointments through door-to-door outreach.
• Meet individual appointment and Completed Visit production expectations.
• Lead from the front while testing and improving CuGen’s field strategy and messaging.

Experience in door-to-door sales, field marketing, canvassing, home improvement, home services, direct sales, team leadership, recruiting, or business development is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Expected Total Compensation: $75,000–$125,000+

Compensation includes:

• Base compensation
• Performance bonuses
• Company volume overrides

This is a performance-driven position with significant upside as you build the field team, increase production, and contribute to the growth of CuGen Direct.
