Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our internal and general marketing efforts. This role is critical in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our employees, and effectively communicating our company values and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Objectives/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that promote company culture and values.
  • Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and execute programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Organize and promote internal events, workshops, and training sessions to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Monitor and analyze internal communication effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Along with the Chief Development Officer, design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer/donor engagement.
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations.
  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and interaction with followers.

  5. Ability to and comfort in building and maintaining authentic relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, community leaders, and employees.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation style.
  7. Desire to initiate cross-departmental efforts to align messaging and ensure cohesive organizational representation.
  8. Once established, be consistent in maintaining brand identity and messaging that reflects Eagleville’s values and mission.
  9. Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all organization stakeholders both externally and internally.

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on both internal and external strategies. Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
